A California native and born in the Bay Area, Manwell is a 101st Airborne Infantry Army Veteran, Firefighter in Richmond, CA, husband, and father to two daughters. Manwell is a freelance metal artist, creating everything from metal wall art, to abstract pieces, to home furniture and decor. His passion for working in metal began in 2012 out of his home shop in Oakland, CA. From there, he took his lifelong passion for art and design and began creating revolutionary metal art pieces never before seen. Whether it’s abstract or realism, Manwell utilizes light and shadows to create unique metal pieces in offsetting layers. His personal style and expertise in graphic design, welding, layering, painting, and design blends craftsmanship and art into rare works of metal.
